How and where to start CSS preparation? The most asked question

2- Download the Rules and Regulations
3- Aamir Maher's book How to start preparation for css is a book containing sixty volumes not available from any market available in PDF only. Take a day or two to read it all.
4- Jahangir is a channel on YouTube called World Time. Candidates who pass there provide helpful advice. Listen to all the interviews.
